What inspired you to start Gridiron Rush?

From a young age, college football captured my heart. It is my first love and my greatest passion. My love and passion for the game inspired me to start Gridiron Rush. It has been almost three years since I started my blog and I can’t wait to see where it is headed in the near future. 

Which Four Teams Do you think Will Be In The CFP next year? How likely is it we get a group of five school in again?

My top four teams for next season are Alabama (of course I had to pick the kings of college football), Georgia and I think Ohio State and Clemson might get in. After being left out last season, I think both Ohio State and Clemson are hungry to make another CFP appearance. I would honestly love to see USC (Since I am a huge Trojans fan) maybe sneak into the playoffs, but I don’t think that will happen this season. But a girl can dream, right! With head coach Lincoln Riley, I hope to see the Trojans winning more ball games this season.

Do You Think The Transfer Portal Is Helping Or Hurting College Athletes?

Like anything, the transfer portal has its positives and negatives. On one hand, a player should be able to leave his or her team if they are not being treated fairly. On the other hand, I believe that athletes can take advantage of the transfer portal and just transfer to other schools because of not starting or for some other reason. If leaving a team to better yourself and better your chances of playing pro, then I am all for that. 

Which Player In This Draft Has The Potential To Be A Game changer On Their New NFL Team?

I’m excited to watch this year’s draft! As a huge USC fan, I am excited to see where Drake London ends up and I think where ever he goes, he will make a huge impact on the team!

Who Is Someone You Would Like To Have As A Podcast Guest?

My dream podcast guest is Christian McCaffrey. He is my favorite athlete and is such an inspiration. I have been watching McCaffrey since his Stanford days and I just admire his passion and drive for the game of football. Hopefully one day, I’ll get to interview him for my blog!  

Any Advice For Someone Looking To Start Their Own Brand?

My advice would be to chase your dreams and to never give up. If you want to start your own blog then do it. If you want to start your own business then do it. I took a leap of faith starting my blog and I am so glad I did because I have met so many amazing people from all over the world and I have done some awesome collaborations with incredible people. If it weren’t for my parents who have supported me on this journey for the past three years, then Gridiron Rush would have not been born. My parents are my number one supporters. I am incredibly thankful for the never-ending support and encouragement from my parents. I’m not going to lie, starting your own brand is scary and it will take a lot of commitment, dedication, and hard work. Stay humble and just work as hard as you can because I promise you that the end results will be worth all those sleepless nights and long days. The most important thing is to believe in yourself and in your dreams. With Faith anything is possible!
