Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-7) @ Atlanta Falcons (6-6): The NFC South might be the most mediocre division in football, but this is a big game. The Falcons are first in the division but the Bucs gave themselves a chance to stay in the race by beating Carolina last weekend. The Bucs run defense hasn’t been great lately giving up 403 yards on the ground in the last three games. I think ATL stays hot and gets the win at home.
My pick: Atlanta Falcons
Los Angeles Rams (6-6) @ Baltimore Ravens (9-3): All year I have said the Rams are better than their record shows and I still believe it. But I don’t know how close this one will be. It’s a long trip for the Rams and the Ravens are rested coming off of a bye. I’ll take Baltimore.
My pick: Baltimore Ravens
Jacksonville Jaguars (8-4) @ Cleveland Browns (7-5): C.J. Beathard is in for the injured Trevor Lawrence so hopefully Cleveland’s defense can knock some of the rust off and return to peak form. Joe Flacco was better than expected last week against the Rams outside of a late interception. This is probably going to be a low-scoring game, but I like Cleveland at home.
My pick: Cleveland Browns
Seattle Seahawks (6-6) @ San Francisco 49ers: (9-3): Seattle has dropped three straight games and.. well, you saw what San Francisco did to the Eagles last week. The Seahawks are struggling on defense right now so expect the 49ers to put up A TON of points in this one.
My pick: San Francisco 49ers
Buffalo Bills (6-6) @ Kansas City Chiefs (8-4): The Bills are coming off of a bye while the Chiefs are coming off of a tough loss to Green Bay. The Bills need this game for their playoff hopes while the Chiefs need it more for seeding since the AFC is a close race. The Bills have tallied 66 points and 898 offensive yards in their last two games and the Chiefs just don’t have that scoring ability.
My pick: Buffalo Bills
Philadelphia Eagles (10-2) @ Dallas Cowboys (9-3): This is going be an epic game. The Eagles are having issues defensively and the Dallas offense is clicking right now. On our podcast this week, I took Dak as my MVP. I think he finally gets a “big win” to help seal it.
My pick: Dallas Cowboys
